The Glass Eye - Design Your Own Stained Glass Pattern
Eight years ago my Dad used his CAD drawing program to help me design stained glass windows. When he passed away I thought I would have to draw them by hand and the thought of that was overwhelming. I turned to the Internet and came across the Glass Eye Stained Glass program. This program allows you to:
-trace anything on your computer.
-color with unlimited colors and actual stained glass choices.
-numbers and color codes each piece.
-resize the pattern to fit perfectly.
-print out on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets so I can do everything at home.
-print reverse images.
-provides guidelines to cut and paste the pages correctly.
-has a step by step tutorial so you will be able to start drawing your own patterns right way.
Since then I have been able to design and build stained glass hanging panels, window inserts, night lights, garden art, and much more.
